The Doppelherz system OMEGA-3 family gel tabs are soft tablets for chewing with a strawberry-citrus flavor. They contain omega-3 fatty acids from highly purified sea fish oils and vitamin D.

Children aged 4-5 years chew 1 soft tablet daily.
Children aged 6 and over, teenagers and adults should chew 2 soft tablets daily if they are on a diet low in omega-3.
