What is Depot 2-phase?
In the 2nd phase as a nutrient store, the selenium is gradually released over many hours and is thus continuously made available to the body in smaller "portions" throughout the day. In contrast, the selenium of the 1st phase is released more quickly and can be available to the body more quickly.
