  • Doppelherz psyllium husks support a high-fiber and healthy diet. The seed husks of Indian psyllium (Plantago ovata) have a high content of soluble and highly swellable fiber.

    These support natural digestion and intestinal health, as the seed shells can bind many times their own weight in liquid.

    Indian psyllium seeds are well tolerated, easy to use, tasteless and can be easily integrated into the daily diet. They are suitable for long-term use.
