The Doppelherz system capsules contain 900 mg of omega-3 concentrate from sea fish oils containing 60% of omega-3 fatty acids. Many other conventional fish oils contain only 30% omega-3 fatty acids. Due to this high concentration of omega-3 fatty acids, the daily intake decreases to only 1 capsule daily!
