Conventional fish oil products only contain around 30%. It is precisely the
omega-3 fatty acids that make fish oils so valuable. -
The daily portion consists of 2 different capsules. Take capsule 1 and capsule 2 daily with a meal (for example, for breakfast or lunch) with enough liquid to swallow.
