Curaprox Perio Plus+ Support Toothpaste with CHX 0.09 % and CITROX®/P complex. CHX plus nature
For almost seventy years dentists have been prescribing chlorhexidine, and for good reasons: It works. Perio Plus+ contains CHX digluconate and natural bioflavonoids extracted from the bitter orange (Citrus aurantium amara): CITROX®.

Effect: even stronger
The bioflavonoids of CITROX® have a strong antibacterial effect themselves. And in combination with CHX, CITROX® even increases the antibacterial effect of CHX. With CITROX® and CHX digluconate, Perio Plus+ has the best prerequisites for a particularly strong effect.

This is the CITROX®/P complex
CITROX® comes directly from nature: it is a natural bioflavonoid extract from the bitter orange (Citrus aurantium amara) and is highly effective against bacteria, even viruses and fungi. To ensure that it adheres well to the teeth, gums and oral mucosa for a long-term effect, it is combined with the likewise natural amino acid polylysine: to form the CITROX®/P complex.

Good taste, no irritations
Perio Plus+ tastes great: thanks to CITROX® and the taste developed by Givaudan's flavour professionals. In addition: Perio Plus+ does not irritate the sense of taste: whether orange juice or pizza, everything tastes as it should.

Tips against discolouration
Avoid tobacco, coffee, black and green tea, red wine, berries, curry, saffron during therapy. This keeps discolouration to a minimum. Clean well with a toothbrush, possibly use a whitening toothpaste such as our "Black Is White" or the BE YOU. The discolouration can be easily removed by dental professionals.

Hyaluronic acid accelerates
Hyaluronic acid is particularly recommended after operations: it regulates moisture, promotes cell growth and accelerates regeneration. This Perio Plus+ product therefore contains hyaluronic acid.

Caution
Use Perio Plus+ or other CHX rinses only on the recommendation of your dentist. Normally you will not need this product, toothbrush and interdental brushes will do. To use it, follow the instructions of your dental professional.
