How to Use China Oil? Here is everything you need to know to use China Oel correctly!

Use it for Digestive Relief:

  1. Dosage: Take 1-2 drops of China Oil diluted in a glass of warm water.
  2. Frequency: Drink this mixture up to three times a day to relieve spasmodic complaints of the bile ducts and gastrointestinal tract.

For Cold Relief:

  1. Inhalation: Add 3-4 drops of China Oil to a bowl of hot water.
  2. Method: Cover your head with a towel, lean over the bowl, and inhale the steam deeply for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Frequency: Repeat this process 2-3 times a day to relieve symptoms of upper respiratory tract colds.

For Muscle and Nerve Pain Relief:

  1. External Application: Apply a few drops of China Oil directly to the affected area.
