  • Supplement with high doses of vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and magnesium.

    Vitamin D and magnesium support the maintenance of normal muscle function and, together with vitamin K, the maintenance of normal bones. In addition, vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting.

  • Adults take 1 capsule daily, adolescents take 1 capsule every 2nd day and children over 7 years of age take 1 capsule every 3rd day with sufficient liquid (water) with a meal.

    The specified recommended daily amount must not be exceeded.
