    Mix 30 g powder (approx. 2 level measuring spoons) with 300 ml chilled milk (1.5% fat) well (shaker cup) and then enjoy. When prepared with lactose-free milk, the result is a meal that is low in lactose (<1g lactose).Replace up to 3 meals per day (1 meal equals 262 kcal).
