Unless otherwise prescribed, 1 cup of tea infusion is drunk 2 - 3 times a day in the case of diarrhea or rinsed or gargled with a lukewarm tea infusion in the case of mouth and throat infections. The tea infusion is prepared as follows: Pour about ½ teaspoon of blood root tea (approx. 2 g) with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes.
