Aurica aniseed tea is a versatile herbal tea made from the whole fruits of the aniseed plant "Pimpinella anisum". It is often used in paediatrics because of its slightly sweet taste. Due to its antispasmodic and antispasmodic properties, anise is traditionally used to promote digestion and to combat mild spasmodic gastrointestinal complaints, including flatulence.
Aurica anise tea is therefore recommended not only for digestion but also with infections of the upper respiratory tract such as bronchitis, colds or sinus infections.

Unless otherwise prescribed, 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows is drunk twice a day: Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over ½ teaspoon of crushed aniseed (approx. 1.5 g) just before use and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes.
Contraindications:
If you are allergic to anise and anethole, the tea must not be used. -
