Alfason Repair Cream 30 g

Alfason Repair® is a special cream for dry to very dry skin that has both short-term and long-term use. This distinguishes it from many conventional skin care products, which, due to their composition, often only act as a top layer for a short time. The natural fats of the skin are usually missing from these care products. They are removed again within a few hours, so that many conventional skin care products often have to be applied several times a day.

In contrast, Alfason Repair® reintroduces the three important barrier lipids ceramides, free fatty acids and cholesterol into the damaged skin barrier.

With further penetration into the horny layer, the barrier fatty substances are able to retain the moisture for several hours (medium-term usage), until then
are taken up in the deeper layers of the skin in the now empty reservoirs (lamellar bodies). From there they are released again if necessary (long-term usage). The natural production of the barrier fatty substances is not hindered. A single application of Alfason Repair® can in this way supports the barrier function and protect the skin for up to 24 hours.
