OMNi BiOTiC® is a synbiotic. The probiotic component features multiple viable strains of bacteria that have been shown to colonize and multiply in your gut. The specific effects of each OMNi-BiOTiC® are based on the unique combination of bacterial strains. OMNi LOGiC® are prebiotics (fiber). Dietary fibers are indigestible food components, predominantly from plant sources, mostly in the form of carbohydrates. These carbohydrates (oligosaccharides, inulin, lactulose,...) are extremely important for a healthy diet because they serve as food for the intestinal bacteria and are therefore available to them as a source of energy.
