This tea contains dried leaves and stems of the nettle (Urtica dioica)
The ingredients in the nettle cause an increase in the amount of urine. This flushes out any germs in the bladder. They are suitable for supporting the treatment of bladder problems.

Unless otherwise prescribed, 1 cup of the tea infusion is drunk 3-4 times a day. To do this, pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 4 teaspoons of nettle tea N (approx. 2.8 g) and let it steep for approx. 10-15 minutes.
Make sure you also drink plenty of fluids.
Consultation with a doctor is recommended for acute complaints that persist for more than 1 week or recur periodically.
