As a meal replacement, stir 40 g Yokebe Classic (5 level measuring spoons) into 200 ml low-fat milk (1.5% fat) and add 1/2 teaspoon (1.5 g) vegetable oil with a high content of unsaturated fatty acids (sunflower, safflower or grape seed oil).
