The granules contain a concentrate of collagen hydrolysate, vitamin C and GAGs (glycosaminoglycans, cartilage matrix substances). Vitamin C ensures normal collagen formation and function of cartilage, tendons and ligaments.

Aplicație

Once daily (e.g., in the morning with breakfast), stir 2 teaspoons (or 1 scoop) of the granules into yogurt, quark, milk, or cornflakes and consume. Also ideal sprinkled on fruit salads or desserts. You can also consume your daily dose of Arthrotana Granules whole with some liquid.
