Application
  • Take 1/2 -1 tablet daily with a meal with sufficient liquid, unchewed. In case of an increased magnesium requirement, e.g. due to heavy physical strain in connection with a low magnesium diet, take 1 tablet daily. If you are on an unbalanced diet, take 1/2 tablet.
