    Medicinen tages, indtil biotinniveauet i blodet normaliseres. Varigheden afhænger af forløbet af den underliggende sygdom. Kontakt venligst din læge om dette.     I det meget sjældne tilfælde af biotinafhængig, multipel carboxylase-mangel tages det resten af livet.

    Det bruges til:

      • Forebyggelse og behandling af biotinmangel. (Mindre end 0,2 mg biotin pr. dag er tilstrækkeligt til forebyggelse).
      • Behandling af biotinmangel ved den meget sjældne biotinafhængige multiple carboxylase-mangel.
    Application

    The recommended dose: Take ½ tablet daily (corresponding to 2.5 mg biotin). For prophylaxis, less than 0.2 mg of biotin per day is sufficient. For the treatment of multiple carboxylase deficiency: Take 1 to 2 tablets daily (corresponding to 5 to 10 mg of biotin)
