    Application

    Take four capsules (three dry capsules and one oily omega-3 capsule) amitamin® arthro360 daily with half a glass of water, preferably before a meal.

    Take the four capsules at once and not spread out over the day. A pack of amitamin® arthro360 contains 120 capsules and lasts for 30 days.

    amitamin® arthro360 has been developed for long-term use. The metabolic processes in the musculoskeletal system, eg in the articular cartilage, require a lot of time. 

    The recommended minimum duration of use is three to six months.
