Application

How to take / use Chinese peppermint oil?
Always use Chiana peppermint oil exactly as described in this package insert or exactly as agreed with your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended dose is:

Ingestion:
Adults and children from 12 years of age take 3 to 4 drops (0.08-0.12ml) Chiana peppermint oil in a glass of warm water 2 to 3 times a day. Chiana peppermint oil should not be taken on an empty stomach.
Do not use for longer than 2 weeks!

Inhalation:
Adults and children from 12 years of age put 3–4 drops into hot water up to 3 times a day and inhale with their eyes closed.
Depending on the size, the product contains an inhaler that facilitates controlled inhalation. Do not use for longer than 2 weeks!

External use:

For coughs and colds, massage 2–3 drops onto the chest or back up to three times a day.
Do not use for longer than 2 weeks!

For muscle pain, massage 2-3 drops into the affected area up to three times a day. Do not use for more than 4 weeks. 

What Chiana Peppermint Oil looks like and the contents of the pack:
China Peppermint Oil is a clear, slightly yellowish to greenish-yellow colored liquid. The packaging consists of a characteristic 10ml clear glass bottle in a carton or a characteristic 25ml or 100ml clear glass bottle with 1 or 3 inhalers in the outer box

Instructions for use inhaler:
1. To open the China-Oil inhaler, pull off the blue top part of the cap.
2. Pull out the upper part of the cap with the absorbent fleece completely.
3. Spread 2–3 drops of china oil along the fleece tube.
4. Insert the upper part of the cap with the absorbent fleece into the lower part of the inhaler and close.
5. To treat the nasal cavity: insert the blue side alternately into the nostrils and breathe in forcefully through your nose.
6. To treat the throat area: put the white side of the inhaler in your mouth and take a deep breath.

Note

Do not insert the inhaler more than 1 cm into the nostrils or mouth. Never swallow! Keep out of the reach of children! When pouring the china oil onto the fleece tube, make sure that china oil does not get into the eyes!
