    Unless otherwise prescribed, for catarrh of the airways 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows is drunk 3 to 4 times a day: 1 infusion bag of ribwort leaves is poured over with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and about 10 to 15 Allowed to steep for minutes.

    For rinsing or gargling as well as for making envelopes, a cold extract is made 3 to 4 times a day as follows in the specified amount or the required multiple: 1 infusion bag of ribwort leaves is poured with cold water (approx. 150 ml), stirring frequently left to stand for 2 hours and then removed. 

    In the case of acute complaints that last longer than 1 week or recur periodically, we recommend consulting a doctor.

    Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effects of ribwort leaves are too strong or too weak.

    If you have used more medicine than you should
    and you experience symptoms due to the higher dose, please inform your doctor. If necessary, the latter can decide on the necessary measures.
