Doppelherz Magnesium 500 Depot System tabletter er et kosttilskudd som inneholder magnesium og vitamin B1, B6 og B12.

Magnesium er et essensielt mineral som kroppen ikke kan produsere selv. Lagringskapasiteten er begrenset. Intens fysisk anstrengelse på jobb eller under sport, økt svettetap eller et ubalansert kosthold kan føre til økt behov for magnesium.

Kjøp den med:

Take 1/2 to 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid at mealtimes. Swallow whole. For increased magnesium requirements, e.g., due to strenuous physical activity combined with a magnesium-deficient diet, take 1 tablet daily. If the only issue is an unbalanced diet, take 1/2 a tablet.
