Directions

Take 2 capsules daily with a meal and sufficient liquid.

Warnings

Do not use if you have a known hypersensitivity to any ingredient. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are important. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a cool, dry place.

If you take medication, discuss use with your doctor. At a daily zinc intake of 3.5 mg or more, avoid additional zinc-containing food supplements. Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant women or breastfeeding women. As a precaution, do not take this product if you are allergic to plants in the daisy family (Asteraceae).

Ingredients: Milk thistle fruit extract, choline bitartrate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, maltodextrin, artichoke leaf extract, dandelion root extract, turmeric root extract, zinc gluconate, peppermint leaf extract, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; colours: iron oxides and hydroxides; vitamin B2.

Milk thistle fruit extract: 125 mg / 250 mg.
Artichoke leaf extract: 75 mg / 150 mg.
Turmeric root extract: 35 mg / 70 mg.
Dandelion root extract: 40 mg / 80 mg.
Peppermint leaf extract: 15 mg / 30 mg.
Choline: 50 mg / 100 mg.
Vitamin B2: 1.05 mg (75% NRV) / 2.1 mg (150% NRV).
Zinc: 1.75 mg (17.5% NRV) / 3.5 mg (35% NRV).

NRV = nutrient reference values according to EU Regulation 1169/2011. No NRVs are established for the plant extracts or choline.
