Application

Take 1/2 - 1 tablet daily with a meal with sufficient liquid.
In case of an increased magnesium requirement due to heavy physical strain at work and in sports in combination with a low magnesium diet, take 1 tablet. If you are on an unbalanced diet, take 1/2 tablet.
