大きな傷跡:
広範囲の傷跡には、特にジェル絆創膏の使用をお勧めします。事前に温湿布で傷跡を柔らかくし、コントラクトベックス®をナイフの背で厚く塗布します。ジェルを軽くマッサージするように馴染ませ、例えば家庭用アルミホイルで覆います。その後、さらに絆創膏を重ねて、一晩置いてジェルを効かせます。通気性のある絆創膏も、傷跡が狭い場合は適しています。
手、肘、足などの傷跡：
手、肘、足などの傷には入浴が推奨されます。Contractubex® をぬるま湯に入れて、傷跡を長時間入浴させてください。
一部の傷跡では、比較的短期間で治療の効果が見られます。しかし、ほとんどの傷跡は、劇的に改善するまでに数ヶ月かかります。しかし、根気強く集中的なケアを続ければ、傷跡が問題になることはほとんどありません。
