血中ビオチン濃度が正常化するまで薬を服用します。服用期間は基礎疾患の経過によって異なりますので、医師にご相談ください。非常にまれなビオチン依存性多カルボキシラーゼ欠損症の場合、生涯にわたって服用する必要があります。

用途:

- ビオチン欠乏症の予防と治療。（予防には1日あたり0.2 mg未満のビオチンで十分です）。
- 非常にまれなビオチン依存性多重カルボキシラーゼ欠損症におけるビオチン欠乏症の治療。

The recommended dose: Take ½ tablet daily (corresponding to 2.5 mg biotin). For prophylaxis, less than 0.2 mg of biotin per day is sufficient. For the treatment of multiple carboxylase deficiency: Take 1 to 2 tablets daily (corresponding to 5 to 10 mg of biotin)
