Doppelherz Sea Fish Oil Omega-3 1000 mg + Folic Acid combines marine omega-3 fatty acids with vitamin E, folic acid and vitamins B1, B6 and B12. Each capsule contains 1,000 mg sea fish oil, including 180 mg EPA and 120 mg DHA.

Directions

Take 2 capsules daily with some liquid. Swallow whole without chewing.

Total omega-3 fatty acids: 300 mg / 600 mg.
Of which EPA: 180 mg / 360 mg.
Of which DHA: 120 mg / 240 mg.
Vitamin E: 10 mg alpha-TE / 20 mg alpha-TE (167% NRV).
Folic acid: 300 µg / 600 µg (300% NRV).
Vitamin B1: 1.1 mg / 2.2 mg (200% NRV).
Vitamin B6: 3 mg / 6 mg (429% NRV).
Vitamin B12: 3 µg / 6 µg (240% NRV).
