    Le gel cicatrisant Bepanthen combine trois principes actifs pour améliorer l'apparence des cicatrices : Le rouleau de massage favorise la dégradation des fibres de collagène des cicatrices anciennes et améliore ainsi leur apparence. Le silicone forme un film protecteur contre le dessèchement de la peau nouvellement formée. Le dexpanthénol retient l'eau et maintient l'équilibre hydrique de la peau.

    Pour le traitement des cicatrices fraîches après la fermeture de la plaie, ainsi que des cicatrices plus anciennes (y compris des cicatrices hypertrophiques). Médicament Pour des cicatrices plus pâles, plus plates et plus douces, moins de sensation de tension et/ou de démangeaisons.

    Application

    If the wound hasn't closed for a month: Once the wound has completely closed, apply a sufficient amount of gel twice daily for at least two months. The amount must be sufficient to form a thin protective film on the skin. Wait a few minutes after application before dressing, for example. BepanCare® Scar Gel should not be used until the wound has completely healed.

    If the wound has been closed for more than one month:

    One (1) month after wound closure, the massage roller can be used to massage the mature scar before applying the gel. When using the gel with the massage roller, first gently roll the gel over the scar area a few times. Then apply the gel as described above.
