    In the 1st week: 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily, diluted in the morning. In the 2nd week: 2 x 1 teaspoon (5ml) diluted daily in the morning and evening. In the 3rd week: diluted 2 x 1 tablespoon (10ml) in the morning and in the evening. From the 4th week: 3 x 1 tablespoon (10ml) diluted daily in the morning, at noon and in the evening.
