Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and healthy defenses, as well as to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamin D – the all-rounder for your health – contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function. It also contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
