    Application

    Take 1/2 - 1 tablet daily with a meal and plenty of liquid, without chewing. If magnesium requirements are increased, e.g. due to heavy physical exertion in combination with a diet low in magnesium, take 1 tablet daily.

    If you only have an unbalanced diet, take 1/2 tablet.
