Heat the inner bag in a preheated oven at 150 °C (top and bottom heat) or at 140 °C (convection heat) for 7-10 minutes or in a gas stove at level 2 for 7-10 minutes. (Adjust the heating time depending on the power of your oven.)
The following applies to both types of heating: Always check the temperature of the Blepha Cura® The Eye Doctor® Eye Warming Mask before putting it on the eyes. To do this, hold the heated eye heat mask on the inside of your wrist. If the eye warming mask is too hot, let it cool down for 1 to 2 minutes. Then hold the Warm Eye Mask against the inside of your wrist again to check the temperature before applying the Warm Eye Mask. Sit, place the band around your head in a way that is comfortable for you, lean back and relax for 7-10 minutes.
