Unless otherwise prescribed, 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows is drunk several times a day: 1 - 3 teaspoons (approx. 1.5 - 4.5 g) of lemon balm leaves are poured over with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and after approx given through a tea strainer for up to 15 minutes.
