  • BIO-H-TIN Vitamine H 10 mg tabletten is een vitaminepreparaat.

    Het wordt gebruikt voor

    • Preventie en behandeling van biotinetekort. (Minder dan 0,2 mg biotine per dag is voldoende ter preventie.)
    • Behandeling van biotinetekort bij de zeer zeldzame biotine-afhankelijke meervoudige carboxylase-deficiëntie

  • ANeem dit geneesmiddel altijd precies zoals het u is verteld of zoals uw arts of apotheker u dat heeft verteld. Raadpleeg bij twijfel uw arts of apotheker.

    De aanbevolen dosering is:

    • Neem dagelijks een halve tot 1 tablet (overeenkomend met 5 tot 10 mg biotine)
    • Voor profylaxe is minder dan 0,2 mg biotine per dag voldoende


    Voor de behandeling van meervoudige carboxylase-deficiëntie:

    • Neem dagelijks 1 tablet (gelijk aan 10 mg biotine)


    Voor lagere doseringen: er zijn preparaten beschikbaar met een lager biotinegehalte, e.g. B. 2,5 mg of 5 mg biotine per tablet.

    Het medicijn wordt ingenomen totdat de biotinespiegels in het bloed weer normaal zijn. De duur is afhankelijk van het beloop van de onderliggende ziekte. Raadpleeg hiervoor uw arts.     In het zeer zeldzame geval van een biotine-afhankelijke, meervoudige carboxylase-deficiëntie wordt het levenslang ingenomen.

  • Actieve ingrediënten: 10 mg biotine

    Hulpstoffen:

    • Carboxymethylzetmeel, natrium type A
    • Maïszetmeel, voorgegelatiniseerd
    • Cellulose, microkristallijn
    • Magnesiumstearaat (plantaardig)
Application

The recommended dose is:Take 1/2 tablet daily (equivalent to 5 to 10 mg biotin). For prophylaxis, less than 0.2 mg biotin per day is sufficient.

For the treatment of multiple carboxylase deficiency:Take 1 tablet daily (equivalent to 10 mg biotin). For lower doses, preparations with a lower biotin content are available, e.g. BIO-H-TIN Vitamin H 2.5 mg with a content of 2.5 mg biotin per tablet.
