Once daily (e.g., in the morning with breakfast), stir 2 teaspoons (or 1 scoop) of the granules into yogurt, quark, milk, or cornflakes and consume. Also ideal sprinkled on fruit salads or desserts. You can also consume your daily dose of Arthrotana Granules whole with some liquid.
