Adults take 1-2 film-coated tablets up to 3 times daily to improve well-being during periods of nervous strain.

To support sleep: 1-2 film-coated tablets 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime. Maximum 8 film-coated tablets daily.

• Swallow the film-coated tablets whole with sufficient liquid (preferably a glass of water). Do not take the film-coated tablets while lying down.
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you suspect you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
• The safety of this medication during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been sufficiently studied. Therefore, pregnant and breastfeeding women are not advised to take this product.
