Damaged products

At VicNic, all parcels are packed carefully for the long journey. However:

  • if the parcel is obviously damaged upon delivery, please register and report immediately to the delivery person, and request that the damage is recorded officially before signing "receipt" 
  • If you discover damage after opening the parcel, please take photos immediately regarding to the problem and email to customercare@vicnic.com 
  • Our customer service will reply with individual solution(s) to the problem shortly.   

Returning products

14 days change-of-mind return

  • You must send a return request to customercare@vicnic.com within 14 days. The 14 days count from the day that you or authorized party receives the goods;
  • The goods must be purchased at VicNic.com, please state the order number #VNxxxxxx and contact information. 
  • The product must not be damaged in any way including that
      • It is in its original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories;
      • It is unopened, unused and in its original condition
    • A 5% administration charges will be deducted from all cancellations, this charge is non-refundable by the credit card processor and/or PayPal
    • Refund will be made within 5 working days after we receive tand approve the return
    • Supplements and food products are not eligible for return

    Please ship to: Firma VicNic, Düpheid 38, 22149 Hamburg, Germany. 

    Please note:

    • Both the return shipping cost and the original delivery cost are at your expenses
    • Any import duties and courier handling charges (minimum €50) for returning goods to Germany are also your responsibility.

      Unexpected Return (No Refund)

      Refunds will not be given if an order is returned due to:

      • Undeliverable or incorrect address provided by customer
      • No one available to receive the parcel
      • Order refused by the customer
      • Refusal to pay customs duties/fees
      • Refused ore destroyed by customs

      Please make sure you understand your local customs rules and practices, import restrictions before placning an order.
