Doppelherz Magnesium 500 Depot System tablets are a dietary supplement containing magnesium and vitamins B1, B6, and B12.

Magnesium is an essential mineral that the body cannot produce itself. Its storage capacity is limited. Intense physical exertion at work or during sports, increased sweat loss, or an unbalanced diet can lead to an increased need for magnesium.

Take 1/2 to 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid at mealtimes. Swallow whole. For increased magnesium requirements, e.g., due to strenuous physical activity combined with a magnesium-deficient diet, take 1 tablet daily. If the only issue is an unbalanced diet, take 1/2 a tablet.

Magnesium oxide, magnesium salts of citric acid, bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, bulking agent isomalt, bulking agent dicalcium phosphate, bulking agent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, modified starch, anti-caking agent cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, bulking agent polyvinylpyrrolidone, anti-caking agent fatty acids, glazing agent hydroxypropylcellulose, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, color iron oxides and iron hydroxides, pyridoxine hydrochloride, anti-caking agent talc, thiamine hydrochloride, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, coconut oil, cyanocobalamin.
