Application

Adults and adolescents from 12 years of age take:

To improve the condition of nervous stress

1 coated tablet up to 3 times a day.


To support sleep

1 coated tablet ½ to 1 hour before going to bed.



Important: It is not intended for use in children under 12 years of age. Do not take more than 4 coated tablets per day. Take the coated tablets whole with sufficient liquid (preferably a glass of drinking water).

Please do not take coated tablets lying down. There are insufficient data for deviating dosage recommendations in the case of impaired kidney / liver function.
