Application

Apply and massage in gently.

Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Heat sensitivity varies greatly for every individual. Do not use under closed bandages. Do not apply on mucous membranes, open wounds or the eyes. Use only on intact skin. Wash hands thoroughly after application. After application do not use other sources of heat such as showers, baths and saunas. Test intensity/tolerance on a small area of skin for every individual before applying to large areas. Wash off with cold water and soap if necessary. May cause redness.
