Application

Stir the contents of one sachet into approx. 200 ml cold water (drinks, cream) or 250 ml warm water up to max. 60°C (soup) with a hand mixer or shake well in a mixing cup for approx. 15-20 seconds so that no lumps form.
The Optifast home product should be consumed immediately after preparation.
