Step 1: Remove the mid-stream test from the sealed bag and use it as soon as possible. Step 2: Remove the test cap, which protects the absorbent tip of the test. Hold the midstream test by the handle. The exposed suction tip must point downwards. Step 3: Urinate directly onto the absorbent tip of the test cassette until it is sufficiently moistened (at least 5 seconds). NOTE: Be careful not to urinate into the display window.
