Doppelherz B12 + D3 Duo Aktiv is a mandarin-flavoured food supplement combining vitamins B12, B1, B6, niacin and vitamin D with the amino acids L-serinе and L-glutamine.

Each drinking ampoule keeps the nutrient powder in a separate cap compartment until preparation. Twist the cap to release the powder, shake to mix and enjoy the mandarin flavour.

  • 350 µg vitamin B12 and 25 µg vitamin D per daily serving
  • With vitamins B1 and B6, niacin and amino acids
  • One drinking ampoule per day

Directions

Consume the contents of one drinking ampoule daily. Firmly twist the cap clockwise in the direction of the arrow as far as it will go to open the nutrient compartment. Shake the bottle well until the nutrient powder has completely dissolved in the liquid. Unscrew the cap anticlockwise in the direction of the arrow and drink the liquid.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant women or breastfeeding women.

Ingredients: Water, fructose, isomaltulose, L-glutamine, L-serine, inulin, natural flavouring, preservative: sodium benzoate; preservative: potassium sorbate; nicotinamide, acid: citric acid; pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; cyanocobalamin, colour: beta-carotene; cholecalciferol.

Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.

Vitamin B6: 0.7 mg (50% NRV)

L-serine: 40 mg (no NRV established)
L-glutamine: 45 mg (no NRV established)

NRV = nutrient reference values according to EU Regulation 1169/2011. NE = niacin equivalents.
