צלקות ישנות (בנות יותר משנה):
על צלקות ישנות וקשות, מורחים את Contractubex® על רקמת הצלקת 1-3 פעמים ביום ומעסים בעדינות. בנוסף לעיסוי Contractubex®, מומלץ לכסות את הצלקת בתחבושת למשך הלילה על מנת להגביר את האפקט.
צלקות גדולות:
תחבושת ג'ל מומלצת במיוחד לאזורים גדולים של צלקות. יש לרכך את רקמת הצלקת מראש בעזרת קומפרסים חמים, לאחר מכן יש למרוח את Contractubex® עבה בעזרת גב סכין, לעסות קלות את הג'ל ולכסות את האזור, למשל, בנייר כסף ביתי. לאחר מכן יש להניח תחבושת נוספת ותנו לג'ל לפעול למשך הלילה. פלסטרים חדירי אוויר מתאימים גם לאזורים קטנים יותר.
צלקות על ידיים, מרפקים, רגליים וכו':
אמבטיות מומלצות לצלקות על ידיים, מרפקים, רגליים וכו'. יש להניח קווצת Contractubex® במים פושרים ולשטוף את הצלקת למשך זמן רב.
