For a shake, stir the powder Almased type 2 into 200 to 300 ml of water, depending on the body length, and add 15 g (2 tablespoons) of vegetable oil with a high content of omega-3 fatty acids (e.g. rapeseed oil and linseed oil). The personal dosage per shake is based on body length.
