  • 芒硝是一種鹽類瀉藥，用於便秘時短期使用並排空腸道。

    活性成分幾乎不會從胃腸道吸收進入腸細胞，並將水分帶入腸道。 腸內容物變軟，體積增大。 擴大的腸內容物對腸壁產生伸展刺激，進而引發排便反射。

    可能出現哪些不良影響？

    當如預期使用時，目前尚未發現該藥物有任何副作用。

    注意：長期使用，鈉的增加會導致水腫、高血壓等，而水和鉀的流失會導致肌肉無力或心臟疾病等。
