Fennel tea also has an extremely expectorant effect, facilitates expectoration and thus relieves infections of the upper respiratory tract with coughing, sore throat and inflammation of the mucous membranes. Application

Drink 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows 2 - 3 times a day: 1 teaspoon of crushed fennel (approx. 2.5 g) shortly before use with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) Pour over and let steep for about 10-15 minutes.
