  • GALL PHARMA Fucus 2000 capsules is dietary supplement with bladderwrack powder and dry birch leaf extract.

The bladder wrack (Fucus vesiculosus) is an alga. The brown algae, which is more than 1 meter long, has a trunk (thallus) that is branched out many times. Air-filled swim bladders sit on the central ribs. The name can be traced back to these bubbles. The alga is mostly olive to yellowish brown in color. The seaweed contains inorganically and organically bound iodine, bromides, mucilage, alginic acid and polyphenols (fucols).

Fucus 2000 capsules contain 50 mg of bladderwrack powder and 15 mg of dry birch leaf extract in a hard gelatin capsule. The bladderwrack has swelling properties due to alginic acid.

    Description of raw materials:
The birch leaf extract used has a raw material-extract ratio of 5: 1. This is obtained from the silver birch (Betula pendula). Bladderwrack is a natural product. The iodine content therefore varies depending on the batch and is up to 50 µg iodine / capsule. The product does not contain any additives such as preservatives, colorings or flavorings. The gelatine used in the hard gelatine capsules is BSE / TSE-tested pharmaceutical gelatine.
