Feldt Acacia Honey 500 g
Feldt acacia honey originates from tradition, exclusively from the large Hungarian forests, without road traffic, which were originally planted centuries ago for the masts of masts. In May, the acacia (actually Robinia) bloom in dense, white grapes and exude a sweet sweet scent. The costume usually lasts only 14 days and in some years the rain drizzles and the effort was then in vain. If you can hurl then, you win a delicate, not overly sweet honey, which tends from water clear to yellowish and rarely even to the reddish. Acacia honey has a very high proportion of fructose and therefore remains liquid for a very long time.
The sweetness of acacia honey is given as about one-and-a-half times that of sugar, which means you need less honey to sweeten.
