Doppelherz Glucosamine Hydrochloride 750 mg tablets with active ingredient: glucosamine hydrochloride for the relief of symptoms of mild to moderate osteoarthritis of the knee joint.

If osteoarthritis of the knee occurs , drug therapy with glucosamine hydrochloride - especially in the early stages - can prevent the progression of cartilage breakdown. Its cartilage and joint fluid stimulating effect already has a positive effect on the wear and tear of the cartilage after a few weeks. The causes of pain and restricted mobility can be influenced in this way. -
The usual starting dose is 2 tablets once a day (1500 mg glucosamine hydrochloride, equivalent to 1250 mg glucosamine).
Glucosamine is not indicated for the treatment of acute painful symptoms as symptom relief (especially pain relief) does not occur until a few weeks after starting treatment, and in some cases later. -
1 tablet contains:
750 mg glucosamine hydrochloride (equivalent to 625 mg glucosamine)
The other ingredients are:
microcrystalline cellulose, hyprolose, hyprolose (5.0 - 16.0% hydroxypropoxy groups), magnesium stearate (Ph.Eur.).
